PAT Testing (or, Portable Appliance Testing) was brought about so that companies could conform to the Health and Safety at Work Acts, Electricity at Work Regulations, Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations . 

It is a requirement for all companies to maintain and ensure the safety of their portable appliances, and by conducting PAT testing , and elsewhere, you prove that your company is doing all of this correctly.

However complicated PAT testing might seem, it’s rather simple process, and each appliance can usually be tested in a few minutes.  That nature of PAT testing means we can have a specialist come to your property and test all of your portable appliances without disturbance.  We don’t need to change or check any of the surrounding electrics, so you can carry on working while we sort everything out for you.  Plus, the documentation is fairly simple too, so as soon as we’re done, you can have your appliance straight back, ready to go.
